At Alillian Tattoo we value the opinions and desires of our clients. We want you to be comfortable and informed.

an overview of our policies

Booking fees (formerly referred to as a deposit)

We require a non-refundable $100 booking fee to book any new client appointment to show you are serious about keeping your appointment date and time. A $50 non-refundable booking fee is required for all touch up appointments, including annual color boosts. Traditional tattoos require a $75 booking fee. Larger and/or custom pieces may require a larger fee.

This fee is deducted from the total cost of your service with the balance due the day of your scheduled appointment, the balance to be paid by cash. We also accept Venmo, CashApp, or credit/debit card but cash is always preferred.

If you schedule an appointment time WITHOUT paying a booking fee, that date and time can still be booked and is not considered an official appointment until the booking fee is paid.

CanCellations

If you cancel your appointment you forfeit your deposit. If you cancel with less than 48 hours notice and wish to book a new appointment in the future, half of the total service cost will be due upon scheduling as a booking fee (deducted from total cost of service) to show you are serious about keeping your appointment day and time. Without at least 48 hours notice we are typically unable to fill your spot in the schedule. Please be considerate of our time, as we are of yours.

Past deposits paid that were forfeited due to cancellation without reschedule (regardless of notice given) cannot be applied to future appointments if you choose to book a new appointment later on.

Please remember, BOOKING FEES ARE NON REFUNDABLE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!

Cancellations without proper notice may be subject to the full cost of service if the appointment is unable to be filled.

RESCHEDULING

Please reschedule with at least 48 hour notice so we can try to fill this space in the schedule. You can transfer your appointment deposit to a new appointment if proper notice of 48 hours is given. You may reschedule once. Any further rescheduling will require a new booking fee to book.

You must reschedule your appointment immediately when rescheduling. If there is less than 48 hours notice when rescheduling a new booking fee will be required to book.

NO SHOWS

All “no show” appointments are subject to the full cost of service. An invoice will be sent via email in these circumstances. Please understand the hardship this causes. Please communicate if you are unable to make your appointment, we always try to be as accommodating as possible.

trainings

A $1000 fee is required when booking your in person training. This amount is deducted from the total cost of your training. The balance is due the day of training (before its commencement), or prior. If you are financing your training, your payment plan is to be set up and arranged at least 3 weeks prior to the start of training to allow time to purchase student kits and supplies. You can partially finance your training if preferred. For example, you may choose to pay the $1000 down payment with a debit or credit card and finance the remaining balance. All fees paid when booking a training are non refundable under any circumstances. This cost is used to purchase the student’s kit and the supplies needed specifically for the training booked by the student.

All training costs are non refundable! We will not refund training fees after a training has taken place or at any other time.

Student models: Student models are booked and performed at a later date once the student has reached an acceptable level of proficiency in their practice work. The time this takes is completely individual. It is the student’s responsibility to submit their practice work for feedback and to put in the time necessary to grow as a new nano brow artist. The more time put in on a regular basis, the more quickly progress will be made.

It must be noted that it takes time and dedication to practicing your new skillset and if you are brand new to cosmetic tattooing it should not be expected to leave the hands on portion of training ready to take clients. This is true for any cosmetic tattooing training. You must put the time into practice in order to succeed.

tattoo touchups

Sometimes fineline body tattoos require a touchup. One complimentary touchup is included with each tattoo. You may or may not need this touchup, but if you do it must be performed within 12 weeks from your initial appointment. Beyond 12 weeks there will be a fee for your touchup. The price varies depending upon the size of the tattoo and how much time has passed since your appointment.

Pricing

All prices are subject to change without notice. Touchups are an additional cost and not included in the initial service price. Touchups are an expected and normal part of cosmetic tattooing. Your brows, lips or freckles are not considered completed until touchup is performed. For current pricing please visit our services or scheduling pages.

Your brows will fade slowly over time and this allows for changes to the color and shape as styles and trends change.

Late policy

We take clients by appointment only and your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. Please arrive at your scheduled time. If you show up more than 20 minutes late we may be required to have you reschedule your appointment. If this occurs, this is considered a now show. You may be responsible for the cost of the service missed due to being late.

We do not have a dedicated parking lot, however there is ample street parking available. Please give yourself time to park.

If you arrive early we will not be able to see you early, please be ready at your scheduled appointment time.

payment types accepted

For booking fees we accept PayPal, however, a PayPal account is not required to book your appointment and pay your booking fee. You can use any major credit/debit card without creating an account with PayPal.

Day of appointment we prefer the balance be paid in cash but also accept Venmo, CashApp and all major credit cards via square.

We now also accept financing though Cherry!

Pre-appointment prep

Appointment prep is not a suggestion but a requirement to be eligible to be tattooed.  If you arrive to your appointment and have not been in compliance with ALL pre-appointment care, you will forfeit your booking fee and will be charged the full amount for your appointment.

Touch-ups

Touch-ups are considered a required part of the brow building process. They are an additional cost of $185 and are ideally done between 8-12 weeks from the date of your initial appointment. Up to 6 months past your initial appointment date is acceptable, however for some skin types (oily, for example) your touchup may be less successful in reinforcing the pigment due to premature fading.

If you do not get your touchup within 6 months of your initial appointment date you will be charged an additional $100 for your touchup.

If you go past the 1 year mark the appointment will be charged as a new client appointment. This is due to the significant amount of work that needs to be performed when this much time has passed. It is no longer a touchup once this much time has elapsed.

When touchups are not done in a timely manner pigment does not retain over time as well as it would if a 8-12 week touch-up was performed. Your cosmetic tattoo is a two part process. Touch-ups are normal and to be expected. Please plan accordingly.

Adjustments

Your brows are a two part process (sometimes even three!). Adjustments can be made at the touchup appointment. Slight changes to shape can be made as well as changes to color, density and shading can be added.

Understand that if you opt to go very natural and light at your initial appointment due to fear of the result being too dark, it is very likely the healed result will be lighter than desired. This may make your touchup less effective and an additional touchup session may be required at an additional cost. Trusting your artist is imperative for the best results.

Under no circumstances can adjustments be made to your brows during the healing process. Once you leave the studio your brows cannot undergo additional cosmetic tattooing until fully healed. The soonest your brows can be worked on is 6 weeks although 8+ weeks is ideal.

GUARANTEES

Healed results vary. We do not offer any sort of guarantee on the work performed, directly after procedure OR healed. This is typical for cosmetic tattooing as a multitude of factors can effect the outcome of your brows to no fault of the artist or client.

Using a pencil or powder on your brows may still be desired or needed. We have absolutely no control over what occurs during the healing process. Additional sessions may be needed beyond the typical 8-12 week touchup to obtain optimal results. Additional touch up charges will apply.  Please visit our services page for pricing.
